Personalized Assistance

Making decisions about senior care is complicated, and choosing the right path is stressful and can feel overwhelming. The range of emotions for both the family and the older adult can feel like a rollercoaster. We specialize in helping people by making sure they know the options available that are pertinent to their specific situation. We listen, offer advice, and together we figure out a flexible plan that works in the best interests of the family and their loved one.

Aging in Place Solutions

One of the difficult decisions families face is whether to try to provide care at home or consider a care facility or assisted living. “Over 80 percent of older adults want to remain in their home. Many times, small changes to the home environment can have a big impact on quality of life and enhance safety. We can help you explore how to set up the home environment for success, along with home services and supports, if feasible. If your loved one is best served by a hospice care team, we will help you with those arrangements as well.”
